This 3-hour course is designed for First Aiders for Mental Health to refresh their skills and knowledge and to stay up to date with current events. The course covers key topics from the regulated First Aid for Mental Health qualifications, including:
- The signs and symptoms of mental health conditions
- How to apply the first aid action plan for mental health
- Ways in which people can improve their general wellbeing

- Staff wishing to refresh their one day ‘FAA Award in First Aid for Mental Health’
- Staff wishing to refresh their two day ‘FAA Award in Supervising/Leading First Aid for Mental Health’
- Learners wishing to qualify as a ‘First Aider for Mental Health’ should consider:
- The one day ‘FAA Award in First Aid for Mental Health’ or,
